Earlier in his attempt to ward off the AG from pursuing this case, he tried to threaten that his client could lay bare to the public classified informations which could hurt the State. So, he doesn't have to go and demand his tuition money back. I am surprised he does not know that the prosecution can 'flip an accused' to become a witness. It is called a 'plea bargain'. She is now 'free' to tell all; she become valuable because she knows 'where all the bodies are buried'. And she is now 'talking' without holding back because she played a key role in the whole 'affair'. It is simply a way to get a witness to tell the truth in a case where all the 'conspirators' are 'shielding' each other.

Elsewhere people are charged with 1st or 2nd degree murder and they accept lesser sentences if they testify against their collaborators. Sometimes the person who pulled the trigger gets a lesser sentence than the person who masterminded the act. I think as a lawyer, Atta Akyea you should know better than you partisan behaviour.
