  Currently with about 74,000 nurses at home and other nurses still in the colleges and graduating every year, how many of these numbers can other countries absorb?
  
  Some of the nurses who were employed in 2024 are still not been paid?
  
  Are we not in trouble?
  
  NPP came with a lot of these proposals but not even 2% of our unemployed nurses benefited. It never materialise

If the salary, conditions of service, etc etc are good, why do they leave after all the investments? Oh Ghana any agreement, MOU Ablakwa will sign.

Now is good to go, in future; the guys are not the problem, our beloved ladies when planted ! Starvation a very cruel dictator.   Because we have an incompetent president who calls himself a dead goat who will sell everything in Ghana including humans into slavery..we don’t even know the importance of our own citizens.we have sold all our natural resources and now selling our own nurses into slavery..whenever ndc comes to power, that’s when modern day slavery starts..this is modern day slavery..mahama is not a serious president..a good leader will find every means necessary to put an end to brain drain..already Ghana is suffering from brain drain yet we have a president who is rather pushing for modern day slavery..u think any serious president will ever do this? Come on this is stupidity..in 2025, we are still selling our own people into slavery..this is a form of Modern day slavery..Ghanaian nurses wants to stay in Ghana and work..this is a lazy approach to solving problems

  I now understand that animals are governing Ghana..no serious minded country with a good leadership will ever allow their professional nurses and healthcare workers(essential workers) to be going into other countries to work..indeed i now understand why Africans were enslaved..so basically we just allow nurses to graduate just to be sent to other countries..Ndc govt don’t know anything about governance..are u telling me that there are no human beings in Grenada? Why can’t Grenada produce their own nurses?   I get angry and annoyed over this issue because it’s a serious predicament in our Ghanaian society..in Africa, Ghanaians are among the top countries that suffers from brain drain yet not a single govt either ndc/npp is trying to solve such a serious problem..We cannot develop As a country if we don’t protect our own citizens( Human Resources) Human Resources are more important than natural resources..doctors, nurses, teachers, civil servants, etc..at least we must protect our essential workers..any country that don’t protect its essential workers has no future..this is not rocket science.. build more healthcare facilities and give them better condition of services..nobody wants to travel to a foreign land and be looking like a stranger..it’s called failed leadership..Govt must find every means possible to protect our citizens and make sure they stay in Ghana to contribute to national development..any serious govt will find means to bring those nurses and teachers who traveled abroad and bring them back home..that’s what Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah was doing..come on, so u only train your professional nurses only to sell them for peanuts? Come on such lazy approach..we must protect our essential workers and motivate them to stay in Ghana
