  To attract investment in the in football in Ghana, I would humbly plead with the GFA to adopt the American system of sports completion. No relegation and also having a permanent stakeholders who can diverse their shares or be forced to diverse the shares when found fault with laws. In fact relaxation is the cause of the hooliganism and lack of investment by people that see a potential of investment in the game. Think about it.
