  If the plan is to revitalize the workers Brigade system then surely the 500,000 workers could be simply absorbed from the unemployment among the youth, supporting the model with value chain management that will indeed reset Ghana agriculture crop production and industrialization…
  
  if not then I am afraid will be another dead program.
  
  All what the government must to do , to ease the unemployment and transform its industries at moment, is to go into commercial crop production by carefully targeted youth unemployment as Human Resources base .
  
  Ghana dose not need recruitment of 12,000 solders but rather crops production corps. Bring back the workers bridgade.
