This government should find a better way of stabiling our economy by producing items that can be exported abroad to generate more foreign exchange, instead of this lazy approach of our over reliance on foreign remittances.

BOG shld create a state stablecoin, eCedi, backed by gold & dollar reserves. Remittances & foreign collateral will flock into Gh 4 the eCedi. IMF hasn't our back, but will rather put backdoor to syphon our wealth. It's just a chance to chop contract money, not help GH. Lazy thinking of our officials, whose stomachs depend on actually not thinking!

Its a ploy to reduce the external debt, makes sense but in the long run its businesses that will suffer. check from next year what will happen in this economy.
