  President Mahama loves to spend taxpayers money on Envoy for Interfaith and Ecumenical Relations as well as Envoy for Reparations but hates to fund TVET and STEM education.

  VC had wrong education fifty years ago and thinking we should follow his hollow. The man can't use PC let alone make a Pencil.

  You don't seem to understand the argument the Prof is deducing. TVET was supposed to be run on test basis, it was to be gradual. Bcoz of the number many of the schools don't have the tools and equipments for the practical work.Some of these schools were supposed to have commercial depts so that they can offer their services to the public for fees.

  The prof has said so many things but could not offer any concrete reform proposal to correct what he sees wrong with the TVET. Or he is now talking so that he may be given a cortract by the NDC government to write proposals ...
