Simple fact -remember the strong propaganda advanced by the NDC----bastardized the E-LEVY proposal which would have improved the government Revenue situation----instead of the E-LEVY being popularized the NDC did so well to reduce its intended value of raising Local Revenue-----a success of the E-LEVY would have prevented GHANA going to the IMF
