    NDC functionaries talk a lot but they are not smart . They created that conducive environment for School Authorities and PTA to exploit.GES also took part.NDC govt was not wise enough to pick some lessons from NPP.

    We live in a very Corrupt society and the govt shd have been aware.For now the Credibility of all the A Graded has been affected. Majority of the students who gained admission to these schools did not go on Merit.
