This so-called response falls short of proving the AG wrong. The AG said the summation of the prices of the quantity of equipment supplied fell short of what was quoted as the total. Either someone intentionally overstated the grand total or it was purely a typographical error. The sum of itemised bill is what is in contention here. Your attempt to hide behind what the contract sum says won't wash. And this is what casting in audit is intended to achieve. You'll cough the money as your collaborators are no more in power. Thieves!

Also, getting governmental institutions to approve something for you cannot mean there cannot be overpricing. Nothing this company has done for this country has been priced fairly.
