  Unfortunately , Ghana doesn’t have the capital compensation to nationalize- you cannot just takover other people’s investments even if you allowed them to invest in your bedroom- in 2009, Kosmos was willing to give up their sharevin the Jubilee field, but your government wanted the Chinese government to buy it instead… in 2022-23 Anadarko (Oxy) was giving up their shares, your government was not interested in taking it, do you know why ?
