  Unless a progressive new legal regime is put in place by government to support Production Sharing Agreement, PSA and the implementation of 16 Standard Prescriptions submitted to the Presidency in Jan 2025, there is no way Ghana will maximize
  her benefits, but remain tied to the apron strings of FOCs to create money bags out of a few local comprador class, akin to the Nigerian money bags syndrome.
