An official of the airport was busily directing a gentleman who had arrived and wanted to change dollars to cedis to go to a man hiding behind the car park to change the money for him. The BOG should be checking these things instead of collecting such pittance as fees. Visit Kenya, SA, etc. There's no way you can change money on the streets. Shame unto you BOG. Collect your 2,000 and go to sleep.
