These Ministers were entrusted into government without any Mandate and politics abhors a vacuum. Since they have no mandate they created one themselves be it for their own personal agenda or otherwise.

Reason why each is doing their own thing because there is no direction from govt.

This mandate will not stop them annaouncing their own policies unless Mahama steps in to offer them his agenda for them to work with until then they will keep doing what they are doijg until they are sacked
