If we need a discipline society, it is not about the length of one hair.
Children learn more from what they see than what they hear. These students have seen hairless politicians fighting in parliament, hairless politicians involved in all kinds of scandals. These students have seen their parents paying bribes to get placement at their preferred schools. They have seen their teachers looting most of the items in their prospectus they send to school. These students have seen teachers who take money before conducting extra classes. The minister must tell Ghanaians where in this world having short hair has helped in their development. Ironically, almost all the advanced countries have people with long hair.
Our bane as a nation is that we to follow any clear national development agenda. We move along any beck and call of people can not even manage their homes!
