  The reason am commenting on this issue is that,
  We urgently need perdistran crossings on major inner town cities expecially highways within the town. We don't need to spend that much. Mark the roads within certain distance then use two high poles opposite ways with constant flashing lights.
  Any sensible drivers will stop for them to cross over. We don't need electronic poles like the ones in overseas.. just two poles flashing to alert perdistrans. Every major roads within the towns. Thank you.
