He tries to rope in the NDC, but he exposes himself badly because a pilot project is not the same as signing the real deal. The pilot was done in 2015, and the NPP came in and rolled it out by signing the contract in 2018. What the has NDC got to do with the contract and the mess that has resulted from it? The NDC would not have g9ne into such a one-side bogus corruption infested contract if they had the opportunity to role it out. Okoe Boye will soon have his day with either EOCO or the AG so that he can tell his story better. He should stop behaving like the PRO of the Indian company.
