Being a lawyer and having other qualifications does not necessarily give a chance of occupying an IGP position. She is very fit and have full control of her current position, as C.I.D boss, because investigation and prosecution is highly fit for lawyers , however IGP position is a different field that needs strong operational and strategic , logistics and tactical mindset for command and control for swift and reasonable response to all situations, Lydia Donkor is not fit for that. IGP work. Because she can't stand the heat of reward of national negative criticisms by the people and of the people of Ghana and pull her down syndrome at all.
