All immigrants arrested in illegal Galamsay should be handed over to the Military Police and a Military Court established for just that purpose. If found to be guilty, that immigrant should be made his time in the jail of the Military Police where they shall have it very tough because they will be treated as Military Criminals and will be treated as such. After serving their sentences, there should be facial marks made on their faces to easily recognize them. Galamsayers among them should be made to serve a minimum of Twelve years without the possibility of any parole.
Finally, they should be deported after serving their Sentences and warned not to enter into the country again. If they do, they can be easily recognized, arrested and imprisoned. That is how so Illegal Galamsayers should be treated, especially the Chinese and Arabs because they don’t care about what they do to our environment. Can they do the same in China, Afghanistan and other Arab countries without being Sentenced to death? Ghana Governments are too soft on Galamsayers. That is why the country is having it difficult to stop Galamsay. Just too soft on Galamsayers in the country.
