  The GJA and the ministry of communication should consider this issue very important.
  
  1 The ministry of communication must start registering anybody who want to do - the media work as a social media blogger
  a one year license must be given to any person who want to do blogging .
  After the licensing , The communication ministry must write to all the social media providers like YouTube, Facebook, Tictalk etc that any person who want to register as a blogger must produce the 12months license before the page could be functional.
  doing so- the misinformation sometimes that comes in the media could be minimised .
