  The best thing for this boy to do was to take the litter to the litter box or whatever it is.
  It's even above the matter of insubordination for a pupil to take a litter from the ground and place it under a teacher's table.

  The best thing for this boy to do was to take the litter to the litter box or whatever it is.
  It's even above the matter of insubordination for a pupil to take a litter from the ground and place it under a teacher's table.
  This is a matter of misconduct from the part of the pupil.
  However the teacher should have reported the misconduct of the pupil to his senior, up to the level of the headteacher or one who is in charge of the school.
  The one in charge of the school has all the right to order the type of punishment that must be given to the boy.
  All that said this is also an act of provocation from the part of the pupil.

  Mercy and Common sense which is not common among people who use their teaching profession and their position to show their character flaws.
  
  That teacher might have been abused in his own child hood before.
  DO NOT PASS ON EVIL FROM YOU TEACHER TO A YOUNG BOY.
  If this School is truly a Christian School (not only in the Letters of the School's Name; the School should fire that undisciplined Teacher.
  Love is long-suffering , and patient, and kind.
  God have mercy on us.
