What are the legal implications if the child needs answers about his father but not getting straight answers from his mother?

Our women these days are so promiscuous, wayward, and untrustworthy that I see the sense in the pursuit of Mr. Aboagye's family. The sticking point, as you noted, is why Mr. Aboagye himself didn't pursue paternity of the child while he was alive? Was he afraid that the woman would leave him if he demanded one? Why did the family stay silent on the issue until after their loved one was dead?

The legal implication and social perception are immense, but the woman in question could erase the cloud of suspicion following her if she knew she was a faithful wife. But just like Ofori Atta's situation, there's a reason she may want to stay in the US. It betrays her guilt.

Consequently, a person's family has more authority over marital matters in our culture.
