  Engaging in difficult conversations to educate, influence others and in this case our leaders does not mean disunity. Such difficult and serious conversation bring out new ideas, opinions or plans which can prevent similar incidents happening in the future. We are always afraid of divergent ideas or opinions resulting in repetitions of such unnecessary hardships.
  Please allow people to express their feelings and ideas for people in positions like you can learn .
