Sometimes this stupid thought Ghanaian are still illiterate, that only the sikafour who had the chance to go to good school and further their education abroad are the only person that are smart in Ghana. Ghana has changed wai. Why the Radar connection was cut off. Explain to Ghanaian. What happened if the Radar was disconnected.
