Good, do not go to the international market again, no more loan, with interest or without interest, we want to work for ourselves and live within our means, which makes us humans and not animals. Borrowing, supplementing budgets with loans makes no sense, it breeds corruption as people see it as free money, and create juicy contracts for themselves to steal all the money with impunity and no work done, easy money. We have been going to the capital market, international market, bond market, etc, for loans over the past 57 years for development with nothing to show for, so stop it completely. We cannot borrow ourselves out of debt, it is that simple. As a finance minister you have the power to tell your ministers we have no money for that project, and I am not taking loan for that, I am sorry, we have to work for the money to do that project, live within our means, that is telling that minister to nicely go away. There is enough money in Ghana to complete, undertake every project if you look within, and don't take loan. Thank God for the first time in history our leaders are beginning to see the light, loans, bonds are not good, they represent bondage, we should stay away from it, it is an addiction, addiction to bondage, disrespect, lack of independence, you have to be ultra intelligent to see that. We will surely live and not die if we stop going for loans in the name of developments that don't exist.
