my candid suggestion to Hon Ato Forson is This
Ghana has never had such an honest and determined Finance Minister before who has able to stable Ghana economy for almost a year.
I was happy to hear that , The Finance management Team is determined to use the local market for government capital projects.
one of the biggest challenge that the Diasporans had was the fear of loosing the value of their capitals when invested in Ghana economy. This fear I think the finance management team has quench it down.
it is time for policies and implementations to sustain the gains.
one area the Finance minister should look at is

how to brings the diasporas accounts and money into the system.
what they should do is
1
most of the diasporas has Dollar Accounts in Ghana,
the minster could enact a policy which allow the government to borrow at least 50[ percent of those dollar accounts .
The principal remains in Dollars, but the interest could be paid in cedes.
and the interest is been calculated in Cedis at the rate and date the money was borrowed .
if the Account holder need his or her money , - he give 3months notice and the principal is going to be paid in Dollars into the accounts it was borrowed from.
if The government is able to do this smart borrowing , Ghana may not need to rush to the international market for a loan.
it would also encourage the diasporas to deposit more dollars into their respect accounts in the country.
