Why arrest the man? Has the woman made any complaint to the police that she has been abused? What about if the victim refuses to co- operate with the police?.The police must be ready to act on all such video postings .
We the people of Ghana will still pursue the case. This beast of a creature must be dealt with, whether Madam files a complaint or not. It's criminal, beating a woman, naked. It's despicable, appalling, beastly and new.
