  How can a judge who gives rulings and sentences based on his personal safety ensure judicial independence and impartiality? It was the almighty God who forced that confession out of him during his vetting as CJ. I hope Justice Baffoe-Bonnie will use his one year tenure as CJ to make amends so he may get favor from God.

  Ghana did you hear the prophetic word of our newly appointed CJ? The very prophetic word he had outlined as his vision for the Judiciary was the very opposite the former Ugly chief Justice and others has been doing. For example Kufour appointed some Justices into Supreme Court in order for them to jail Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata after he won the initial case against them them, the establishment of fast track Court was unconstitutional at the Supreme Court 6-3 if I am not mistaking. Quickly for political gains. Crippled Former President Kufour appointed his NPP Justices into the Supreme Court and they did his bidding by failing Serlomey, Abodakpe, Tsatsu Malam Issah etc and many of them died at jail. Now Tsatsu is walking but you Kufour had became physically challenged. You shall get your punishment 9n this earth before you shall die you Kufour. So the New CJ knew why he was given those prophetic utterances to Ghanaian.
