The disciplined, virtuous, respectful Ghanaian women I knew growing up are now an endangered species. In fact, I would take it a step further and say they are extinct. A good Ghanaian woman is oxymoronic at this point. Some may say the same thing about Ghanaian men. But anybody who subscribes to the latter should point out how often they read or hear about Ghanaian men who have become somebody in society by virtue of a woman's benevolence, only to turn around to dump her.
