When I was inprimary and middle school ,when we commited offence we were punished at once .THAT is why I cannot understand why the so - called galamsayers cannot be punished at once instead of wasting resourses to prosecute them.They know that what they are doing is wrong. Then punish them at once and stop wasting resources to procecute them!!! When one commits a road or Traffic offence he is punished at once.Do the same to the galamsayers.They are a nuissance! When doctors detect cancer it is aggressively treated.
DO THE SAME TO THEM !!!!
