Do you know what it means to be a soldier? Please don't be fooled! There is a social welfare ministry in the country that has no meaning. The citizens do not receive any social welfare or similar from the state and most of them are job seekers who have no income, how are they supposed to pay for the forms? Are we distributing the national cakes equally?
