  If the potential is there Springfield should get other international oil companies and develop the field. Government is even struggling to pay its share in the Jubillee and TEN field so how can they take over Springfield.

  The challenge is Springfield has not been clear with their field. A lot of popoganda with no clear or definite statement on the potential of the field. Government should not use tax payers cedi to purchase this field. This whole thing looks like a bad deal with a field overly estimated. So much lies.
