Good Samaritan, It’s a known place that the police are aware of. The place was for a woman who operated a toilet/bath business. I suspect she was selling some illegal drugs as well. When she passed, her children turned the place into what you’re witnessing now. I have seen young men and women lives destroyed because of the activity over there. It’s not a hideout. The difficulty is people genuinely access the facility for their toilet and bathroom needs but the police can curb the illegal activities
