When an employee stole a property of his employer he must be charged for stealing and not sued.
When an allegation against an employee has not been proven in court, the employer must reinstate the employee or declare hims redundant and pay his terminal benefits.
This is a state institution, so if the allegation has not been proven against the employee its the head of the institution that must answer why he instituted a false allegation against an employee in court.
The head of the institution must resign or be dismissed.
In case of a private company, the company must pay the terminal benefits of the employee when the allegations has not been proven against him in court.
In that case the Chief Executive of the private entity cannot be asked to resign.

Even if no one had petitioned the president, the president himself or the gov't would have found a way to get her or them out. The petitioner is not being truthful as his reason for his interdiction doesn't add up. The gov't is systematically doing away with everything and everybody that has a link with their opponents, npp. If not how can the gov't said in the budget that they are going to construct an express road from Accra to Kumasi, while the same road is under construction in phases. Maybe they will construct first ever underground express road and ignore the existing surface road which was started by the previous gov't. Eyes are watching.

The muslim community through Hon. Haruna Iddrisu and Hon. Muntaka are formenting this trouble. The hijab is an accessory which distort the uniform code of the school. Opening it up for one group will mean other groups can ask to wear their accessories which demonstrates their faith. Uniforms are there to help teachers quickly identify students. If accessories cover tgeir face, how can teachers identify culprits when they commit offences ij a group.
The students cannot fast in school.because this usually disrupt other students due to the very early hours they wake up to prepare food in the dormenry to eat before 5:00 AM for the fasting.
Breaking their fast at 6:00PM disrupt dinning timetables and ability of students to be part of the group for evening preps. Students can pray in their dormentry if they like.
