  We all know from reading and seeing projects done by PPPs around the globe. My Man,these projects were able to see the light of the day because there are laid down policies, principles and practices that are followed. PPP in Ghana is doable only on who you know terms and wetter you belong to a Party or not. You have had your talk and that was it. Nottingham tangible will Happen. We nearly had AGYAPA around Our neck by NPP.
