Locate the Ghana embassy. Your language will be enough to get you assistance . You also have a passport which will make it easier to be identified. Good luck
If you have your Ghana Card you don’t need passport to travel within Ecowas region . Also , it’s best to consult the Ghana embassy in Nigeria , they’d assist without hesitation.

Why is DVLA always concerned about charges and charges on motorists ? Are there no other core duties for them ? Why are you always a burden for Ghanaian drivers, both private and commercial. ? DVLA needs orientation.
