This woman doesn't deserve state funeral. Her husband ordered market women's vaginas to be whipped in the name of a so-called revolution to rid corruption and capitalism, and she as a woman never condemned such atrocities. She and her family are now rich out of the mystery of those women, and you grant her this honor out of sheer political correctness? She doesn't deserve state resources to reward such behavior.
