    Kids are curious by nature. It is the adults who are dumb. In a serious country all sites deemed inappropriate for kids are blocked from public computers.

    Mobile Phones have limitations by age and purpose. Just try to go ahead and try to visit some sites and you can be blocked forever. Democracy is good but it has its limitations.
