Also they shd start thinking of the underprivileged, that will refresh their in-built bodies that slow down growth.

The media etc is the problem, and instead for the media to come out with the right information, they compromise their position then the lies keep spreading.

Yes, Nana Addo had big government with a budget of 350million cedis, while Mahama has a lean government with a budget of 2 billion cedis, which one is draining the treasury? Well in Ghana, the NDC supporter will tell you the NPP government was draining the treasury because to NDC, 5% is higher than 10%.

The black woman does not take good care of herself. I just came across a statistics which says that 56% of all black women in the United States are obesed. I think we can do better in terms of taking care of our health.

Unfortunately, we eat very little vegetables and salad in Ghana. Just ask yourself how many schools serve salad to the food offered in boarding schools across the country? I don't know of any. Also, the average Ghanaian does very little exercise. Our towns and cities are not built for walking because they lack side-walks. I hope the Health Ministry will start addressing the issue of obesity in the country because it is draining our health resources as more and more people are suffering from and seeking cure to diseases related to obesity such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and other cardiovascular diseases.
