  Is the NHIS still working. Two months ago my mom went to KATH and was charged GHC 20 before seeing a doctor. She went just last Friday and that amount has increased to GHC 30. She was given a prescription to buy her medication outside, no refund. The saddest aspect was that her plastic card which she has been using was replaced with the paper she used before she given the plastic card. Are progressing or retrogressing? Should we change everything in the country because there's change in government? This is resetting the country anticlockwise!
