As part of the peace deal, EC shd stop holding elections in the various Bawku Constituencies for the next 50yrs.Until they are able to maintain that peace deal we don't need them in Ghana's Parliament.

The Kausasis submissions were simple and precise. They are of the view that:
‎1. They are the Tidanas and as such they must enjoy any proceeds from their lands.
‎2. They are never related to Mamprusis and are of different ethnic group, traditions and culture from Mamprusis, hence they should never be under their control.
‎3. Since they are the Tidanas and of distinct differences from Mamprusis, Mamprusis must not excirse control over them, their properties or lands.
‎On the other hand, The Mamprusis argue that they establish chieftancy network and as such they form a Kingdom and as such since they settled in the lands of Kausasis their chieftancy network and the so called Kingdom profers them the delicious recedues of the Northern lands.
‎They farther established that Kausasis have no chieftancy system and as such they cannot hold themselves as Chiefs in their own lands. In fact they are indirectly saying that since Kausasis are not Mamprusis and have no lineage to any Kingdom in Ghana, they cannot hold themselves as chiefs or Kings of Kausasis lands.
‎The question is?
‎What is the Genesis of all these?
‎The British are partly responsible for creating confusions in their earlier encounter with the northerners and further taking preferences among once a beloved brotherhood. It was part of their divided rules policies.The Achempong government that oversee the fallacious and nebulous work of Abdulai committee and it implementations of the Northern chieftancy institution. The Land administration act that put most of the lands in Ghana under stools or skin lands. With above silly law, if you settled a place and are indigens, and someone came to beg and settled with you and that person is able to gassette himself as a legal chief, the land, people and properties on which that person settled automatically belongs to him. This make chieftancy the most lucrative institution in this country.
‎These are the basis of lands rejuvenating to tribal conflicts.
‎So the system from beginning was fallacious, mischievous and bound to bring these rivalries. Those who propagated these in their quest for power are very ungrateful, unkind and wicked. In the ends services, properties and life are destroyed for someone selfish interests. We must as humans be logical for once. We were brothers and live together. We can still do it today, tomorrow and forever. Peace unto those seeking peace. Shalom .
