That alone is a very serious offence and they need to be punished. Assuming Charlotte Osei being the EC Chairperson, depriving four Constituents in the Ashanti Region - Bantama, Manhyia, Adum and Bekwai. What d'you think would have happened? There would be Fire and Brimstone, so think Dauda, think.
