If that is the case then the whole of Ghana’s 2024 election for the whole of Ghana has to be re-run because every election in every constituency might probably have something not quite right. And I think the Judge is over-reaching or overly extrapolating the 41. You see many times Judges rule on the evidence provided and do not rule on the evidence NOT provided. Today that it suits one Party they are happy that the Judge is making a ruling on the evidence of the 111 NOT provided. Judges must learn to stick to their principles otherwise they give cause for the public to also question their fairness. Consistency in ruling on only the evidence provided is key no matter how grievous the evidence is.

@@k mensah the infractions were predominately perpetrated by the Npp backed by the ec. If even we rerun of the entire elections I doubt if the Npp can manage to win 15% for presidency and just a mere 10mps.

Why do you think , Nimako and his team have gone to Supreme Court to look for technicality rather than appealing against the decision. That District EC officer did a criminal job and should be prosecuted
