Bastard JB, who told you that regional passport offices should be opened only if people have the money to travel? People cry all the time about wanting a decentralized government so that they don't have travel to Accra for most government services. These regional passport offices affords residents the opportunity to avoid having to travel to Accra for their passport transactions. This is what Ghana needs, a service that benefits Ghanaians, not that NPP fake national cathedral that was set up to fleece Ghana tax payers.

It is only in Ghana that you consider ID card better than passport: all over the world, Passport is the supreme document, then ID card, the drivers' licence.

ID card is only a small portion of passport because, everything that ID card does, passport does PLUS you can use your passport to travel ALL OVER THE WORLD, whereas ID card allows travel within very CONFINED space: European may use ID card to travel within EU. Even to travel from continent to Britain, you need PASSPORT these days.

You can't even you Ghana card to travel to Lome and you are here talking ...
