  A great deal has been said about Agri ulture. There is an awareness that Agriculture holds the key to our progress. I have yet to hear that Agriculture should be carefully and thoughtfully planned and directed. If it is left to the individual to grow any crop anywhere in any quantities, without linkages to efficient HARVESTING, PROCESSING, STORAGE ETC; we will not change the status-quo. We have had OFY, PFJ etc. It is time to think and act on LAND AVAILABILITY & COSTS, FINANCE& INSURANCE ETC.
