    Volta Region is the place to plant weed cannabis for export. This will make Volta Region super productive, rich and it can have its own airport for export. Many foreign investors might be interested.

    Radical, I don't think you read the story before commenting. The 5 people were visiting farmers who received the free seedlings so they were moving from farm to farm. They were checking baby coconut not mature coconut. This ...
