  Dead on arrival case or better still an exercise in futility. This is a lesson to people who think they can undermine the authority of an Abusuapanyin. Don't get me wrong, since Abusuapanyin is recognized by Law, he can be challenged in Court. Now they are shifting from the Autopsy to funeral funds. Have characters like Papa Shee, Brempomaa, Yaw Poku and Co, contributed any funds that have been "chopped "by the Abusuapayin. If you lose a father or mother, then you will see the power of Abusuapanyin if you decide to mess with them. The courts have already decided that when a person dies, the dead body belongs to the dead persons family, led by an Abusuapanyin but not the dead-persons wife, sister, uncle etc. How can Papa Shee be a champion in someone's family business. Dead person belonging to the family is a Court decision oo, yet a trained Lawyer led Akosua Serwah to court to put an injunction on DL's body. How incompetent can this lawyer be. Rightly so the Judge threw that injunction case away onetime.

One of the richest countries in the world where the state pays each and everyone who becomes unemployed,60-70 percent of your previous salary and a day old baby gets child benefit of 250 EUR till he or she turns 25 years etc, etc.All her children were born in Germany and are German nationals.It was the same sister of Lumba, who had sold her belongings to add to the money Lumba childhood lover, Theresah Abebrese contributed to bring Lumba to Germany. Where were the 3rd grade extended family uncle who is now fighting tooth and nail to reap what he did not sow.

  Boss, don't mind the @kent whatever person. A typical example of the noisy TEAM LEGAL WIVES who want to intimidate everyone with their noise. This @kent cannot even see that characters like BREMPOMAA, YAW OPOKU, PAPA SHEE etc are in this for their own parochial interest, either post-funeral money that would accrue or DL's properties. Now in Court, they are conveniently shifting from the autopsy to funeral funds. How can any sane person contest an autopsy done in the presence of DL's adult son and daughter(from different women) who will ordinarily care for the father more than anyone else. The funeral fund/memorial funds came from donors. Characters like BREMPOMAA, PAPA SHEE and Co contributed zilch but are in Court asking for an injunction on funds they contributed nothing. The donors can nominate a fund manager who shall be accountable to them after the funeral. The abusuapanyin took a loan together with donations from others to fund the one week( part of his responsibilities anyway) which he took back after the one week. I hear some donors are now seeking to take back their fund's cos of all this nonsense. People should ask the busy bodies going in and out of court wether they have contributed anything. Mental dey worry the @kent person

Who is in his right frame of mind would do that. Please are they fighting over the estate or the burial date and independent pathologist to perform the autopsy? What is difficult to allow the concerned close relatives to ask of independent autopsy. After all, it is not the Abusuapanyin who has to bear the cost. What is he conspiring to hide?Should the family allow the 3rd grade extended uncle to recklessly waste the money meant for a purpose like drunken sailor? Iam a critical thinker and a rational being.
