  All African governments must take absolute control of our minerals and exploit them for our own development instead of giving them away for free.
  Even if it is rocket science, we must learn it. The Tarkwa School of mines has been in existence for over 60 years and we are still giving out our minerals for free. Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah established the State Gold Mining Company, consisting of the mines at Tarkwa, Prestea, Dunkwa and Konongo. President Atta Mills established DIHOC and it should be mandated to extract all our minerals. The SAHEL States have taken the lead to defeat neocolonialism and we should follow their lead.
