Why would VC get a Costa Rica online university PHD ?
Petitioners or a petitioner? Someone certainly bidding for the position is digging under the VC. Watch out!
PhD on line from Costa Rica paaah. They think they can use some far away country that no one will check. People want the glory but do not want to put in the hard work. Kick them all out.
