The Ghana authorities are always keen to assist the the USA in arresting these scammers and luxury car thieves, but can't even think to bring local charges against them so that they can seize their properties and assets in Ghana for sale and the proceeds to go Ghana security agencies. That can be accomplished by Ghana entering into an agreement for Ghana to have the right to property and assets forfeiture once the scammers and luxury car thieves have been arrested and convicted.
