Wasn't TOR supposed to restart refining in October? What's all this blah bla blah?
If it runs partially 24-hours, it's non-productive. Factories are suppose to run 24-hours and every serious factory is already doing that. Don't even mention factories, security services, and hospitals when you talk about the ...
